  • Develop robust integrations between Salesforce and external systems, potentially leveraging AWS services (e.g., Lambda, SQS, S3) for efficient data flow and processing, using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration patterns.
  • Contribute significantly to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical design, coding (approximately 80-95% hands-on), testing, and deployment.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and maintainability.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex defects during QA, pre-production, and post-release cycles, ensuring system stability and reliability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, QA/QE, and other engineering teams to define requirements, drive solutions, and deliver against aggressive timelines.
  • Actively participate in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Champion engineering excellence, advocating for best practices in coding standards, testing (including unit and integration tests), and deployment automation.
  • Potentially contribute to projects involving data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from Salesforce to data warehousing solutions, or integrating AI/ML model outputs into Salesforce workflows.
