General Job Details: Position Name: Software Architect Experience: 8 yrs+ Job Type: Permanent Location : Sector-142, Noida Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic talented Software Architect who will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing high-level software architecture solutions that align with the organization's business goals and technical strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of software design principles, system scalability, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies. The person works closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, developers, DevOps, and quality assurance—to translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure architecture. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a hands-on development background, and the ability to guide and mentor technical teams in best practices, code quality, and architectural standards Key Responsibilities: Architect, develop, and implement scalable systems and solutions from the ground up, effectively collaborating with multiple engineering teams. Conduct/guide POCs to establish the best possible solution. Guide the technical team in implementing the proposed solutions. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrate strong system design, analytical, and problem-solving skills with sound judgment. Adhere to established development processes and policies including peer reviews, coding standards, and deployment protocols. Effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Work within Agile development frameworks and methodologies. Collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders, including technical and business leadership. Qualifications:- ● Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA), preferably from premier institutions. ● Minimum of 8 years of comprehensive software development experience with a solid background in system architecture and design. ● Hands-on experience architecting and delivering microservices-based solutions in production environments. ● In-depth knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Secrets Manager, ElastiCache, and MSK. ● Expertise in architectural design patterns, multi-threading, and system scalability techniques. ● Strong experience in the design and architecture of modern web applications using Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript. ● Proficient in developing, debugging, and deploying Node.js and JavaScript-based applications. ● Experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS). ● Skilled in managing and developing both relational and NoSQL databases, including effective caching strategies. Good To Have: ● Understanding of the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) domain and related application development. ● Familiarity with CRM or WFM tools, particularly ServiceNow is a big plus. ● Experience with frontend tools and frameworks including AG Grid, JavaScript, Ajax, JSON, HTML, and CSS. ● Knowledge of WebSocket, jQuery, AngularJS (Angular 1), Apache ECharts, and advanced CSS (CSS3). ● Proficiency with Angular 2+, TypeScript, Bootstrap, and RESTful APIs. ● Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead peer team members. ● Strong verbal and written communication skills. ● Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
