Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Design Architecture : Lead the design of software architectures for large-scale, distributed systems. Technology Selection : Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for software development. System Integration : Ensure smooth integration of various system components, both internal and third-party, to meet performance, reliability, and security requirements. Scalability & Performance : Design systems to handle large-scale traffic, while ensuring performance optimization and minimizing downtime. Code Reviews & Quality Assurance : Ensure the system design is consistent with industry best practices and review code for quality, scalability, and maintainability. Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to align the architecture with business goals and requirements. Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to software engineers and technical leads in the design and implementation of software projects. Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on system architecture, including design diagrams, architectural decisions, and coding standards. Risk Management : Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks related to software architecture and development processes. Compliance & Standards : Ensure that the software architecture complies with company policies, industry standards, and security regulations. Front ending 3rd party development : Ensure design architecture is well documented and timelines are adhered to , while keeping scalascalability, compliance and risks aligned to company standards. Required Qualifications: Experience : At least 5-8 years of experience in software development with a proven track record in architecture design. Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Expertise in Design Patterns : Strong knowledge of design patterns, software development methodologies, and architectural principles.
