Software Architect

Position: Software Architect

Location: Vadodara

Experience: 7-8+ Years in Software Development (3+ Years in Architecture/Lead Role)

Key Responsibilities

• Define the

  software architecture and technology roadmap

  for the Attendance & Payroll application.
• Design and implement

  scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions

  using .NET Framework / .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Guide the development team on

  coding standards, best practices, and design patterns

  .
• Architect

  modular/microservices-based solutions,

  ensuring maintainability and scalability.
• Ensure

  data security, compliance, and payroll-related regulations

  (PF, ESIC, taxation, etc.) are built into the system.
• Drive performance optimization, API design, and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate

  functional requirements into technical solutions

• Conduct

  code reviews, prepare technical documentation, and define deployment strategies

  .

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework
• Experience in Sprint management, User Story management.
• Proficiency in SQL Server (database design, stored procedures, performance tuning)
• Hands-on experience with Azure (preferred) / AWS cloud services
• Understanding of Microservices, Event-driven architecture, RESTful APIs
• Domain knowledge of HRMS/Payroll systems is plus. And Domain knowledge of SaaS environments is mandatory.
• Strong system design, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
