Job Description: Compucare India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Baroda. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients' business needs and our technical solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements, analyzing data, and translating business needs into actionable insights.
Responsibilities: • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Industrial LED Boards, Factory Automation, and SaaS-based software solutions. • Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making and product development. • Solution Design: Work closely with the development team to translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring alignment with client expectations. • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the QA team to ensure that the delivered solutions meet the specified business requirements and quality standards. • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance overall efficiency.
