Job Title: Soft Skills TrainerLocation: Don Bosco Academy, Opposite D-Mart, Seawoods, Navi Mumbai
Reporting to: Center Manager

1. Role OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Soft Skills Trainer to deliver engaging and effective training sessions that help learners enhance their communication, interpersonal, and professional skills. The trainer will focus on developing participants’ employability by improving their confidence, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, and workplace behavior, ensuring they are ready to succeed in corporate and service-oriented roles.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Training DeliveryConduct classroom and activity-based sessions on communication, personality development, teamwork, customer service, and workplace etiquette.
Deliver training through interactive methods such as role plays, group discussions, case studies, and simulations.
Customize training sessions to address varying learner needs and professional backgrounds.
Integrate practical exercises that improve trainees’ real-world employability.
Evaluate trainees through assessments, presentations, and feedback sessions.
B. Candidate Support & MentoringOffer continuous guidance to trainees to boost self-confidence and communication abilities.
Identify individual challenges and provide one-on-one coaching where necessary.
Help trainees overcome stage fear and improve presentation and public speaking skills.
Foster a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages participation and growth.
C. Record Keeping & ReportingMaintain daily attendance, assessment records, and session feedback reports.
Prepare and submit training progress reports and completion summaries in the required format.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation as per organizational and partner requirements.
D. Placement & Employability SupportCollaborate with placement teams to prepare trainees for interviews and workplace interactions.
Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and grooming sessions.
Share constructive feedback to help candidates improve their overall employability and presentation.
Track placed candidates’ progress and provide follow-up support when needed.
E. Social Media & CommunicationShare updates, photos, and stories of training sessions and success cases for social media engagement.
Contribute to promoting the training program’s achievements through online and offline channels.
3. Key Result Areas (KRAs)Effective Training Delivery: Completion of scheduled sessions with high trainee engagement.
Candidate Development: Improvement in communication and behavioral assessment scores.
Placement Readiness: Number of trainees successfully cleared for placement interviews.
Reporting & Compliance: Timely submission of reports and documentation.
Engagement: Participation in promotional and communication activities.
4. Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate in any discipline (preferably in English, Psychology, Business, or Communication).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in delivering soft skills or behavioral training programs.
Excellent command over English and local language (spoken and written).
Strong facilitation, presentation, and motivational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital training tools.
