Society Manager

1. Administration & Operations Supervise daily society operations including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and facility management. Ensure timely execution of society maintenance works and repairs. Oversee vendor contracts, service providers, and AMC renewals. Maintain all records and documentation related to society activities, licenses, and statutory requirements. Manage inventories, assets, and procurement related to society operations. 2. Human Resources & Staff Supervision Handle recruitment, attendance, and payroll of society staff (security, housekeeping, maintenance, gardeners, etc.). Ensure discipline and proper conduct among all society employees. Maintain employee records and performance evaluations. Resolve HR-related issues and provide guidance to staff. 3. Financial & Compliance Support Coordinate with the accounts team for billing, payments, and budgets. Assist in maintaining society financial records, petty cash, and expense tracking. Ensure compliance with statutory and cooperative society regulations. Prepare and support documentation for society audits. 4. Member & Committee Relations Act as a point of contact between the managing committee and residents. Address members’ queries, complaints, and suggestions in a professional and timely manner. Coordinate society meetings (AGM, SGM) and prepare reports/minutes. Maintain transparency and regular communication with the committee regarding all society matters. 5. General Management & Coordination Monitor overall cleanliness, safety, and functionality of society premises. Coordinate with external agencies (municipal authorities, police, etc.) when required. Ensure smooth functioning of all society amenities and infrastructure. Implement society rules, regulations, and policies effectively.
