We have requirement of Society Manager.

Location: Telibandha Raipur CG

Qualification: Graduate

Salary: 50000/- to 65000/- PM

Experience: 10 to 12 Years as Society Manager or Property Manager

Job Duties in Brief

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the housing society.
• Act as a point of contact for residents, addressing their concerns and queries.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality services.
• Manage budgets, financial records, and ensure adherence to financial policies.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and community guidelines.
• Organize community events and activities to foster a harmonious living environment.
• Supervise staff and ensure they perform their duties efficiently.
• Prepare and present reports on society operations and activities
• Maintain property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises.
• Establish rental rates and calculate overhead costs, taxes, depreciation, and profit.
• Advertise vacancies to attract tenants, obtain referrals from current tenants, and explain the advantages of location and services.
• Negotiate leases, secure contracts from tenants, and collect security deposits.
• Collect rent, prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, and correct variances.
• Maintain properties by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing occupancy rules, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs, planning renovations, and contracting with landscaping and snow removal services.
• Secure the property by contracting with the security patrol service, installing and maintaining security devices, establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures, and responding to emergencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
