We are seeking a strategic and experienced Social Media Team Leader to oversee our social media strategy and team. The ideal candidate will lead, develop, and manage the social media team to drive brand engagement, growth, and visibility. They will work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to craft impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the social media team, guiding them in content creation and strategy execution.
• Oversee content planning, creation, and publishing across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and generate insightful reports to guide future strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Manage social media budget and allocate resources efficiently.
• Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
• Address escalated customer interactions and ensure positive community management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Team Leader (3+ years).
• Proficiency in social media management tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Canva.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in social media analytics and reporting.
• Creativity and strategic thinking to optimize engagement and growth.
