Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute paid and organic social media strategies focused on advertising performance across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Lead client communication and strategy discussions, translating business objectives into platform-specific social media campaigns Collaborate with content writers and graphic designers to deliver impactful, on-brand creatives aligned with campaign goals Guide the creative process with clear briefs, feedback, and performance-driven insights Plan and manage content calendars, post schedules, and campaign timelines Write or edit social media copy as needed to support campaign objectives and ensure consistency in tone and messaging Set measurable goals (KPIs) and track campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics Analyze results and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations for optimization Stay updated with platform changes, advertising trends, and best practices in digital marketing Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role at a marketing or digital agency Proven success in managing social media campaigns, especially advertising-focused strategies Strong understanding of audience targeting, paid media, and performance metrics Excellent communication and presentation skills to lead client meetings and strategy sessions Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams and provide strategic creative direction Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, scheduling tools, etc.) Creative thinking with a data-driven mindset Why Join Us: Work onsite with a dynamic, creative team in Lucknow Opportunity to lead strategies for a range of exciting clients across industries Collaborative work culture with growth and learning opportunities Competitive salary and performance-driven environment Show more Show less
