Role Overview As a Motion Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating compelling video content and animated visuals for digital campaigns, social media, branding projects, and advertisements. You’ll work closely with our creative team to conceptualize and execute visually dynamic pieces that enhance brand messaging and engage audiences. Key Responsibilities Create animated videos, explainer videos, reels, GIFs, and other motion-based content. Develop storyboards and design assets for motion projects. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and brand managers to translate concepts into engaging visuals. Ensure brand consistency in all animated materials. Stay updated with design trends, animation techniques, and software advancements. Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high quality. Handle video editing, sound syncing, and post-production. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing (agency experience is a plus). Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop Strong portfolio showcasing animation, design, and editing skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual storytelling. Ability to take feedback and work collaboratively in a team. Must be available for full-time onsite work in Lucknow.
