Job Description

You are a Social Media Strategist with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to craft extraordinary stories. Responsibilities: - Design and pitch innovative social media campaign ideas. - Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events. - Research and assess competitor marketing strategies and digital content. - Contribute to the development of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content. - Identify and secure business opportunities, create tailored sales strategies, and coordinate business generation activities. - Understand client requirements, provide solutions and support, respond to inquiries, and handle proposals. - Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to maintain and expand client accounts. - Build and nurture professional relationships with internal and external contacts. - Develop and implement creative social media strategies to meet client objectives and KPIs. - Create engaging content for various platforms such as posts, videos, stories, and graphics. - Manage multiple clients" social media accounts including content scheduling, community management, and analytics tracking. - Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and best practices. - Work with the creative team to produce high-quality visual content aligned with brand guidelines. - Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for optimization. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Minimum 1 year of social media management experience, preferably in an agency. - Ability to adapt writing style to different brands, industries, and target audiences. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. - Prior experience as a strategist in an agency or similar environment. - Familiarity with ChatGPT and proficient in social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. - Track record of creating engaging content and driving social media engagement. - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. - Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting. - Creative mindset, innovative thinking, and a passion for storytelling.
