Social Media Strategist

Social Media Strategist duties and responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategist is responsible for planning, developing and implementing company overall social media strategy to support and improve online presence and the overall digital marketing efforts.

2. Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy

3. Define most important social media KPIs

4. Manage and oversee social media content

5. Measure the success of every social media campaign

6. Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies

7. Know to use social media marketing tools such as Buffer or any other social media tool

8. Work in multidisciplinary team with copywriters and designers

9. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams

10. Track and analyze SEO in order to provide effective solutions for content optimization

11. To make Monthly & Campaign review reports

12. Network with industry professionals and influencers via social media

13. Hire and train other in the team

14. Provide constructive feedback

Social Media Strategist requirements and qualifications:

1. 1 to 3 years of experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role

2. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google and other social media platforms & best practices

3. Practical knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics

4. Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research

5. Good understanding of social media KPIs

6. Familiarity with web design

7. Outstanding multitasking skills

8. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

9. Team player

10. Good organizational and time-management skills

11. Great interpersonal and communication skills

12. MA degree in Marketing or similar relevant field
