Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Paid Media Executive, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Paid Media Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing media campaigns across various platforms. Daily tasks include media planning, social media marketing, and ensuring effective communication with clients and team members.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with business goals, target audience, and budgetary constraints.
• Platform Management: Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
• Budgeting: Plan and manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and cost-efficiency.
• Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach the right audience segments based on demographics, interests, behavior, etc.
• Ad Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
• Ad Placement: Determine the most effective placements for ads to maximize visibility and performance.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance regularly, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven optimizations to improve performance.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad elements such as copy, visuals, and CTAs to identify winning variations and improve campaign effectiveness.
•  Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research and optimization for search advertising campaigns.
• Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights, trends, and areas for improvement.
