Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the qualitative and quantitative progress of trainee artisans and service providers. Provide regular updates on the outcomes of training programs and the effectiveness of services delivered. 4. Research and Documentation: Conduct field research, systematically document findings, and collect relevant data.. Offer meaningful insights from the findings to guide analysis and inform course corrections for the design team. 5. Training and Development: Assess the training requirements of artisans and service providers, considering their skill levels and the local craft traditions. Plan and deliver training sessions in the vernacular language to ensure better comprehension and active participation. Offer customized support to trainee artisans, focusing on end-to-end processes to enhance their skills. 6. Coordination with Experts and Designers: Collaborate with visiting experts, design panels, and program team to enhance the technical skills of artisans and service providers. Facilitate the seamless integration of expert insights and recommendations into training sessions and production processes. 7. Product Development and Business Support: Development of design samples in association with ground team and artisans that reflect local craft traditions. Promote effective communication and foster business opportunities for artisans and service providers. Inspire the innovative application of handcrafted textiles, aligned with the identified training needs. 8. Enterprise Support: Offer guidance and support to graduate artisans in establishing and managing their micro-enterprises. Help develop sustainable business models to assist artisans in successfully transitioning into entrepreneurship. 9.Perform other duties as required to align with organizational priorities or donor requirements.
