IntouchCX's Global Marketing Department is seeking a talented and hands-on SEO Manager to spearhead our organic growth engine. In this role, you will be a key member of the Demand Generation team, responsible for leading our organic search strategy across various campaigns, landing pages, and web properties. From conducting technical audits to performing keyword research, from developing SEO content frameworks to analyzing performance metrics, you will have ownership over all aspects of our organic growth strategy. Your efforts will directly influence search visibility, pipeline growth, and conversion optimization. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work closely with Campaign Managers, Brand & Communications, and Web Development teams to create high-performing, search-optimized assets tailored for B2B SaaS audiences in North America. Reporting directly to the Campaign Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving organic search as a key driver of qualified leads and revenue for the organization. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic traffic and support demand generation campaigns in target markets. - Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for B2B SaaS companies in North America. - Oversee technical SEO performance, focusing on aspects like site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, and indexation. - Optimize landing pages, solution pages, and blog content to improve visibility and enhance search-to-conversion journeys. - Establish and maintain SEO content frameworks that align with campaign messaging. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO alignment with campaign objectives, audience targeting, and broader go-to-market strategies. - Monitor and analyze organic search performance using tools like Google Search Console (GSC) and SpyFu, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. - Ensure SEO compliance, standardization, and consistency across all web properties. - Stay abreast of evolving SEO trends, search engine updates, and new tools to drive performance enhancements. - Contribute to long-term SEO and content roadmap planning based on business goals and seasonal trends. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. - 5+ years of SEO experience in B2B organizations, preferably in SaaS or tech sectors targeting North American audiences. - Proficiency in technical SEO, including site audits, schema markup, performance optimization, and analytics tracking. - Strong grasp of content strategy, on-page optimization, and user intent mapping. - Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, SpyFu, Ahrefs, and HubSpot. - Ability to interpret SEO data and leverage insights to enhance rankings, user experience, and conversions. - Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. - Comfortable collaborating remotely with teams across different time zones. - Experience aligning SEO strategies with B2B buyer personas and journeys. - Familiarity with ABM programs and long-cycle sales environments. - Knowledge of international SEO and regional search behavior, particularly in North America. - Exposure to programmatic SEO, content automation, and AI-driven optimization tools. - Understanding of how SEO supports demand generation stages and familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO).
