Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow FriendsSquare’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with our brand voice and goals
• Track analytics, engagement, and trends to optimize content strategy
• Coordinate with the design and psychology teams to create impactful campaigns
• Support in newsletters, blogs, and community engagement

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management (B2B/B2C)
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and content creation best practices
• Creative thinker with an eye for storytelling and aesthetics
• Comfort with tools like Canva, scheduling platforms, and analytics dashboards
• Interest in psychology, mental health, or workplace development is a plus
