Key Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

Create engaging content ideas and coordinate with the design team for graphics, reels, and videos.

Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting.

Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.

Handle community management: reply to comments, messages, and engage with the audience.

Run paid ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) — basic knowledge required.

Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.

Collaborate with internal teams to align content with brand objectives.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.

Creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas.

Basic knowledge of advertising tools and analytics.

Good communication and copywriting skills.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Graduation in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred).
