Key Responsibilities

• Social Strategy & Planning:

  Own monthly/quarterly social plans, content pillars, channel selection, experiments, and overall alignment with brand voice and goals.

• Creator & Influencer Management:

  Identify, onboard, brief, and manage creators, ensuring clear deliverables, smooth execution, and performance tracking across campaigns.

• Engagement, Community & Brand Presence:

  Build meaningful interactions through comments, DMs, UGC programs, moment marketing, and live formats while keeping the brand accessible and consistent.

• Account & Client Management:

  Act as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing scopes, timelines, approvals, and performance reviews to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

• Online Reputation Management (ORM):

  Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and sentiment; draft responses and escalation notes; and support crisis communication to keep the brand’s reputation strong.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in social strategy, influencer management, community/ORM, or account management.
• Experience managing stakeholders, tracking performance, and running end-to-end campaigns.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and platform-savvy.
