As an Associate in Business Development, Sales & Operations within the Founder's Office at FriendsSquare, India's pioneering organisational psychology company, you will play a crucial role in driving engagement, retention, and performance for renowned clients like TCS, Hotstar, Unilever, and HUL. Your responsibilities will span across various functions including operations, sales management, and business development, offering you a diverse and challenging experience. Your primary tasks will involve collaborating closely with the founders to implement business and sales strategies, overseeing training operations and client projects by liaising with internal teams, assisting in proposal creation and managing client communication, handling backend tasks such as CRM management, documentation, and meeting coordination, participating in client calls to represent FriendsSquare, and engaging in research, data analysis, and decision-making to support growth initiatives. To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, demonstrate strong attention to detail, possess excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach, be comfortable with ambiguity and adept at multitasking, exhibit a passion for learning and a willingness to take on responsibilities early in your career, and be adept at collaborating with leadership and client-facing teams. While 02 years of prior experience is preferred, freshers are also encouraged to apply.
