Organisational Psychologist

• Design and deliver workshops and behavioural interventions
• Lead operational planning and execution for client projects
• Source and engage new clients — from pitching to relationship building
• Work closely with our core team on proposals, project design, and delivery
• Contribute to the long-term growth of FriendsSquare as a strategic partner

• 3–4 years of experience

  in organisational psychology / L&D / consulting
• Exposure to

  client-facing roles and business development

• Experience managing

  ops and backend workflows

  smoothly
• A deep belief in the power of people and behaviour
• Strong writing, communication, and facilitation skills
• Willingness to work

  on-site in Delhi

  and build something long-term
