Social Media Specialist

Position OverviewThe Social Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, executing, and optimizing content strategies across all social media platforms — including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). This role requires a mix of creativity, analytics, and storytelling to communicate the brand’s vision of “Natural Healing through Science.” Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals. Research target audiences, trends, and competitor activity to design high-performing campaigns. Create monthly social media calendars, campaigns, and content pillars. Content Creation & Management Collaborate with designers, photographers, and video editors to produce engaging content (posts, reels, infographics, short videos). Write compelling captions, taglines, and hashtags optimized for SEO and engagement. Ensure consistency in brand voice, aesthetics, and scientific integrity of content. Community Building Manage all brand pages and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally. Build relationships with followers, influencers, and wellness communities to increase brand credibility. Performance Analysis Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite. Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend improvements. Advertising & Growth Plan and execute paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Promotions, YouTube Ads). Collaborate with the marketing team for product launches, offers, and awareness drives. Innovation & Research Stay updated with social media algorithms, emerging platforms, and content trends. Suggest new ideas (challenges, live sessions, collaborations) to expand digital reach.
