Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to optimize strategies.
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, queries, and messages.
  • Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with relevant influencers and content creators.
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
  • Negotiate contracts, collaborations, and deliverables with influencers.
  • Track, analyze, and report on influencer performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to create compelling visuals, videos, and posts.
  • Run paid social campaigns to boost influencer content and brand messaging.
  • Ensure consistent brand tone and messaging across all channels.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, KPIs, and campaign performance.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Suggest new ideas, tools, and strategies for better engagement and conversions.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing.
  • Proven track record of executing influencer collaborations and successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong copywriting and content development abilities.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
