Job Description

Strategy Development: Create and implement social media strategies that align with the company's overall marketing and business objectives. Content Creation & Management: Produce engaging written, visual, and video content for various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, and manage a social media content calendar. Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns, including managing paid advertising budgets and identifying influencers for collaborations. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and social media analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies. Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about the latest social media trends, platform changes, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain relevant and effective. Key Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication and storytelling abilities. Proficiency with social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, HubSpot), and advertising platforms. Knowledge of content creation tools, including graphic design and video editing. Understanding of social media analytics, SEO, and content marketing. Excellent analytical, time-management, and attention to detail skills. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
