Role Overview Job Summary Algorithms is seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our growing Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our brand presence across multiple social media platforms, engaging with target audiences, and transforming strategic and technical content into clear, impactful messaging for web content, multimedia, PR, and other communications. This role requires working closely with business leaders and stakeholders to create content that differentiates our brand and supports lead generation and engagement in a B2B environment. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage social media campaigns across various platforms on an international scale. Manage social media handles regularly for ongoing B2B business operations. Demonstrate expertise in LinkedIn and Instagram, with additional experience on Twitter and Facebook. Maintain a Social Media Calendar, coordinate creative processes, and produce high-quality written content. Develop robust social media strategies aligned with brand goals and digital trends. Identify target markets and relevant social networks for content distribution. Create engaging, target-focused content tailored to specific audiences. Drive followers and engagement by sharing brand messages effectively. Increase website traffic and sales volume through social media initiatives. Execute campaigns across multiple geographies including India, the UK, the US, and the EU. Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, generating reports that analyze trends, goals, opportunities, and key performance metrics. Stay updated on search engine marketing and PPC industry trends. Design and implement social media strategies for corporate handles. Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and Web Trends to measure performance. Key Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong copywriting capabilities. Graphic designing and video editing proficiency. Analytical thinking and data interpretation skills. Ability to meet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience Minimum of 4+ years of experience managing product posting and branding through social media. Strong exposure to social media handles in a B2B context. International campaign execution experience (India, UK, US, EU preferred). Experience in the construction industry or related sectors is a plus.
