This role is ideal for someone who has a mix of digital marketing expertise + content creativity , knows how to run performance-driven campaigns but also has the vision to create engaging and viral-worthy content.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Growth & Management
• Handle and grow brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Create monthly content calendars and ensure consistent posting aligned with the brand voice.
• Monitor audience trends, engage with followers and build an online community.
• Creative Content Strategy
• Ideate and plan highly engaging reels, stories and post concepts that connect with the travel audience.
• Suggest innovative content formats based on trending topics, hashtags and viral ideas.
• Write impactful captions, storytelling-based posts and scripts for reels/videos.
• Work with editors to ensure high-quality output.
• Influencer & Partnership Outreach
• Identify and collaborate with social media influencers, travel bloggers and creators for brand promotion.
• Manage partnerships and negotiate collaborations to maximize ROI.
• Build strong professional networks especially on LinkedIn to connect with B2B prospects and other industry experts.
• Paid Ads & Lead Generation
• Run targeted ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Develop proven strategies to generate high-quality leads (not just traffic).
• Continuously optimize campaigns to reduce cost per lead and increase conversions.
• Prepare performance reports .
• Analytics & Innovation
• Use analytics tools to track engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Suggest data-driven improvements for campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, ad policies and marketing trends.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media growth and content strategy.
• Strong understanding of paid ads, influencer marketing, and community building.
• A creative mindset with the ability to suggest engaging reel/post ideas.
• Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Canva or similar content tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and storytelling skills.
• Digital Marketing certifications (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) will be a strong plus.
