Work Mode: Work from office (with the possibility of work from home later based on performance)

Timings: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Flexible)

Weekends: Saturday & Sunday Off

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to join our team. If you enjoy designing content, keeping up with trends, and know how to connect with people online, this role could be a great fit for you.

You will manage our brand’s social media pages, create fresh content, and interact with followers. Your ideas and creativity will be valued, and you will have the opportunity to grow your career in digital marketing.

What You Will Do

• Plan and execute social media strategies to grow followers and engagement
• Create and schedule posts, reels, and stories for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Design creatives using Canva (or similar tools) that are clean and professional
• Reply to comments and messages to maintain healthy engagement with followers
• Track post performance and share insights on what is working
• Stay updated with social media trends and use them smartly in content
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions
• Assist in running ad campaigns or influencer activities when required

A Usual Day in This Role

• Designing and scheduling posts for the week
• Checking social media pages and engaging with followers
• Brainstorming campaign ideas with the team
• Tracking content performance and preparing quick updates
• Exploring trending reels or hashtags for new ideas

What We Expect from You

• 1–3 years of social media management experience (agency, brand, or freelance)
• Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube
• Good written and verbal communication in English
• Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator)
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and meet deadlines
• Creativity, consistency, and attention to detail

Good to Have

• Experience with paid ads or boosting posts
• Knowledge of analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Analytics
• Basic video editing for reels or Shorts
• Familiarity with influencer marketing
