Role Overview:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to drive Zouk’s daily presence across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. This role will be at the forefront of shaping our social content, campaigns, and community.

You’ll focus on content planning, platform-first storytelling, campaign execution, and community engagement, ensuring our channels remain vibrant, relevant, and brand-first.

This role reports to the Social Media Lead and will collaborate extensively with design, content production, and performance marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Campaign Planning

  • Develop and manage a structured social media calendar aligned with brand priorities, product launches, and cultural moments.

  • Create engaging, platform-tailored content plans across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.

  • Write and brief clear content narratives for campaigns and key moments.

  • Ideate recurring formats, series, and IPs that build brand consistency and recognition

Campaign Execution

  • Lead end-to-end rollout of social campaigns, from briefing and approvals to publishing and post-campaign reporting.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to produce high-quality assets.
  • Ensure timely delivery of content across channels with clear processes for reviews and feedback.
  • Support influencer and creator content integration (where relevant), ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity

Community & Engagement

  • Build and nurture a vibrant social community
  • Drive engagement through Reels, Lives, polls, and UGC
  • Leverage native platform features and third-party tools to deepen community relationships
  • Monitor sentiment, respond to trends and cultural moments with agility to stay relevant and relatable

Metrics & Performance

  • Define and track key KPIs (engagement, reach, follower growth, website traffic)
  • Build regular performance dashboards and use insights to iterate
  • Ensure content effectiveness with data-backed improvements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with: Design for creatives, Content team for shoots and storytelling
  • Support revenue teams for brand partnerships, new product launches and offline store launch amplification


Who Are We Looking For?

A creative, organized, and execution-focused social media professional who loves building brands through storytelling and community. You should be comfortable managing multiple platforms, have a strong eye for detail, and enjoy translating strategy into high-quality daily output.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in social media management for consumer brands (D2C or lifestyle preferred)

·      Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube; bonus if you understand X & LinkedIn

  • Proven experience creating and executing content calendars and social campaigns
  • Strong collaboration skills across teams (design, content, marketing)

·      Confident communicator who can lead internal and external discussions

·      Passionate about D2C, lifestyle brands, and community building

  • High ownership, organized, and thrives in fast-paced environments
