About the Role:

Social Media Marketing Specialist

VoIP and PBX

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, execute, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns.
  • Manage daily operations across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Track and report monthly spend, campaign performance, and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data to improve results and reduce CPA/CPL.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and campaign materials.
  • Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed reports with platform-wise performance and budget utilization.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and community engagement queries as needed.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of experience in social media marketing and paid campaign management.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing ad campaigns on:
  • Facebook Ads Manager
  • Instagram
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics like ROI, ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in budget planning and monthly ad spend reporting.
  • Familiarity with campaign tracking tools and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Experience with lead generation in the B2B/BPO/Tech sector is a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Basic knowledge of FreeSWITCH, PBX, or VoIP systems.
  • Experience with CRM tools and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.
