Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow Deyor’s social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan, create, and schedule high-quality posts, reels, stories, and videos that align with our brand voice.

• Be comfortable facing the camera

  and appear in engaging video content, vlogs, or reels representing the brand.
• Strategize and execute campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and overall brand visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, and content) to ensure cohesive storytelling.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to continuously optimize social media strategies.
• Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our content fresh and engaging.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing brand or agency social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms and growth strategies.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.

• Must be creative, confident, and camera-friendly

  with the ability to ideate and execute engaging on-screen content.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, or similar platforms is a plus.
