About the Role We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager who can blend creativity with data-driven execution. The ideal candidate is not only passionate about social storytelling but also skilled in managing paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and others to drive measurable growth. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Create and manage content calendars, ensuring brand consistency in voice, visuals, and messaging. Collaborate with the design and content team for engaging creatives, videos, and reels. Analyze audience behavior and engagement metrics to optimize organic performance. Manage influencer collaborations and community engagement. Performance Marketing Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) to drive ROI. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements for improved performance. Manage ad budgets, bids, and reporting to ensure cost-effective growth. Coordinate with content and sales teams to align campaign messaging with overall goals. Analytics & Reporting Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, engagement rate, etc.). Provide actionable insights for campaign optimization and audience growth. Prepare monthly performance dashboards for leadership. Qualifications & Skills Completed Digital Marketing Course/Certification (preferred) 1–2years of experience in social media management and performance marketing. Proven success running Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads. Strong understanding of digital analytics and conversion tracking. Creative mindset with the ability to analyze data and translate it into action. Excellent communication and project management skills. Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager. Nice to Have Experience with remarketing and lookalike audience campaigns.
