You will play a key role in:

  • Expanding our presence across social platforms
  • Increasing brand awareness & reach
  • Driving qualified traffic to the website
  • Supporting and scaling our

    Affiliate & Trainer programs

🎯 Key Responsibilities


Brand Presence & Awareness


  • Build and scale brand presence across

    Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter (X), and emerging platforms

  • Plan and execute

    organic + paid strategies

    to maximize reach, engagement, and recall
  • Work closely with design/content teams to create

    high-impact creatives & campaigns

  • Own brand tone, storytelling, and consistency across platforms


Traffic & Growth


  • Drive

    high-quality traffic

    to the website via social, content, collaborations, and campaigns
  • Optimize landing pages, CTAs, funnels, and user journeys for conversions
  • Track and improve metrics like

    CTR, CPC, engagement rate, bounce rate, and session quality


  • Affiliate & Trainer Program Management


    • Support and grow our

      affiliate & trainer ecosystem

    • Onboard, manage, and activate partners with campaigns, offers, and communication
    • Track performance, payouts, conversions, and ROI
    • Collaborate on incentive structures and growth strategies


    Analytics & Reporting


    • Deep understanding of

      GA4 and attribution

    • Translate data into insights and actionable growth decisions
    • Regular reporting on brand growth, traffic, performance, and experiments

    • Proven experience in

      Digital Marketing / Growth.

    • Strong understanding of

      social media algorithms, trends, and content virality

    • Data-driven mindset with creative intuition
    • Ability to take

      ownership end-to-end

      — strategy → execution → optimization
    • Comfortable working in a

      fast-paced, growth-focused environment

    • Strong communication & collaboration skills


    Big Plus If You Have:


    • Experience scaling D2C / fitness / lifestyle brands
    • Experience managing affiliate or creator programs
    • Experience with influencers, UGC, and community building
    • Ability to think like a founder, not just an employee
