Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The specialist will manage the company’s social media channels, create engaging content, oversee campaigns to promote brand awareness, and ensure audience engagement. Responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, monitoring trends on digital platforms, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with teams to align efforts with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Experience with Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategies
• Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
• Ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance metrics
• Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and analytics software
• Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices
• Previous experience in a marketing or social media role is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
