Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are currently seeking a proficient & creative Social Media Specialist to become part of our team at Finesse Institute of Hospitality & Wellness.

Objectives of this role

• Develop and execute social media strategies to meet brand objectives.
• Manage paid advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google.
• Support social marketing efforts for other channels, such as SEO/SEM/PR campaigns.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all customer concerns and inquiries from the media about a given product line.

Your tasks

• Monitor the organisation's social media accounts and ensure brand consistency in all social media messages, produce reports, etc.
• Create relevant and versatile content to engage target audiences, promote our brand and drive engagement.
• Report and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights on performance metrics.
• Manage outreach with third-party influencers and plan live events, webinars or conferences.

Required skills and qualifications

• Good Knowledge of digital marketing, content writing, web design and social media management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with problem-solving acumen.
• Expertise in social media platforms (like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn, Google etc).
• Familiarity with customer service and customer relations.
• Strong attention to detail with time-management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with ease.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (like Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Suite).
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM and other digital marketing techniques.
• Knowledge of social media management tools .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
