Position Overview:

Social Media Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X)
• Create and manage content calendars, posts, and campaigns
• Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads for YouTube)
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance & engagement
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content writers for creative outputs
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithms in social media

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience in social media marketing/digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other social tools
• Excellent content writing and creative communication skills
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking metrics and ROI
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple brand accounts
• Strong understanding of digital branding and consumer engagement

Nice to Have:

• Experience in influencer marketing & collaborations
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite
