Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. If you’re passionate about creating engaging content, driving brand growth, and managing online communities across platforms, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X) Create and manage content calendars, posts, and campaigns Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads for YouTube) Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance & engagement Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content writers for creative outputs Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithms in social media Requirements: 2+ years of proven experience in social media marketing/digital marketing Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other social tools Excellent content writing and creative communication skills Analytical mindset with experience in tracking metrics and ROI Ability to multitask and manage multiple brand accounts Strong understanding of digital branding and consumer engagement Nice to Have: Experience in influencer marketing & collaborations Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite Why Join DesignerPeople?
