Develop and implement B2B-focused social media strategies aligned with the company’s business goals. Plan and create engaging, insightful content for decision-makers and business audiences (case studies, thought leadership posts, industry news, client success stories, etc.).
Manage daily operations across all relevant B2B channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and others).
Build and grow online communities with industry professionals and stakeholders.
Monitor and report performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to align messaging with brand positioning.
Support lead generation campaigns and nurture B2B prospects through social media.
Stay updated on B2B trends, LinkedIn best practices, and industry conversations.
Coordinate webinars, live sessions, or virtual events promotions on social media. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience managing B2B social media for a company or agency.
Strong grasp of LinkedIn strategy and other B2B channels.
Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content curation skills for a professional audience.
Familiarity with analytics tools, paid LinkedIn campaigns, and lead generation through social media.
Creative mindset and eye for professional visual content.
Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
Must be comfortable working full-time from our Balewadi, Pune office.
