Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and business goals.
  • Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and videos on client social media accounts using tools like Meta Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social.
  • Manage and monitor both company and client social media accounts, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions in line with marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously refine the social media approach.
  • Leverage Instagram tools, features, and analytics to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to boost reach and credibility.
  • Support client relationships by addressing queries, participating in pitches, and contributing to decks and proposals.
  • Participate in client shoots and assist in project planning to enhance brand engagement.
  • Suggest creative and data-backed ideas to improve marketing ROI and capitalize on trending content formats.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with external partners to ensure the timely delivery of client assets.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs.
  • Manage content creation and publishing workflows effectively.
  • Apply strong copywriting skills and create compelling content in text, image, and video formats.
  • Analyze data and reports with accuracy and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
