Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social media efforts across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing social media campaigns that boost engagement, enhance brand image, and ultimately drive traffic and sales. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Content Planning: Develop and implement the social media strategy aligned with Amartexs marketing and branding goals. Create monthly content calendars tailored to different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.). Content Creation & Management: Work with in-house designers, photographers, and content creators to produce high-quality, engaging content (images, reels, videos, stories). Write compelling captions and ensure brand voice consistency. Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner. Foster a sense of community by engaging with followers, influencers, and relevant pages. Campaigns & Collaborations: Plan and execute social media campaigns for new product launches, festivals, and promotional events. Collaborate with fashion influencers and bloggers to increase reach and credibility. Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions using native tools and third-party platforms. Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with current trends, memes, viral content, and platform updates to keep Companys social media content fresh and relevant. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with retail, design, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to align social media activities with business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field. 5+ years of proven experience in managing social media for fashion, apparel, or retail brands. Strong creative skills with an eye for design, fashion aesthetics, and storytelling. Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and scheduling platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
