Job Description

Key Responsibilities : 1. Daily Store Operations Management Oversee and manage the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. Open and close the store as per the companys standard operating procedures (SOPs). Maintain the stores operational standards, including cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies. 2. Customer Interaction and Service Excellence Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained by greeting customers, understanding their needs and providing suitable product recommendations. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Train staff to deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers. 3. Product Display and Visual Merchandising Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance the showrooms appeal and attract customers. Ensure product displays are organized, attractive, and regularly updated to reflect new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal themes. Monitor inventory levels on display and coordinate replenishments to keep the store well-stocked. 4. Customer Convenience and Store Maintenance 5. Handling B2B Orders 6. Sales and Target Achievement Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the showroom team and monitor their performance. 7. Inventory Management Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage stock replenishment to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
