Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various departments (Textile, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.) Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and consultants Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with department heads Handle onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS Support HR operations and admin tasks when required Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or relevant field 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or retail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn hiring tools
