Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team on-site at our Ahmedabad location. The role involves managing and implementing social media strategies to promote brand visibility and engagement. Responsibilities include creating and curating compelling content, optimizing social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies, and collaborating with the marketing team to run digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will manage online communities, build relationships with influencers, and consistently engage with our audience to strengthen the brand's online presence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques to boost engagement and visibility.
• Strong skills in Content Strategy development for various platforms and target audiences.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration, engagement, and influencer interactions.
• Experience in Digital Marketing and understanding of online marketing trends and tools.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and execute data-driven decisions.
• Creative mindset and the ability to design campaigns aimed at attracting target audiences.
• Previous experience in the fitness, sports, or apparel industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
