Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Campaign Management

  – Develop engaging content (text, graphics, short videos) for various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook).

• Social Media Posting & Scheduling

  – Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all official WLRC social media channels.

• Platform Management & Optimization

  – Monitor and manage all social media accounts, ensuring profile consistency, audience growth, and adherence to platform best practices.

• Engagement & Community Building

  – Actively respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive and engaged online community.

• Analytics & Reporting

  – Track key social media metrics (reach, engagement, impressions), analyze performance, and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness.

• Digital Outreach & Promotion

  – Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to promote WLRC initiatives, events, and thought leadership content.

Eligibility Criteria

• Only recent graduates in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Design, or a related field are preferred.

• Proven experience

  managing or contributing to professional social media accounts (portfolio/examples are a plus).
• Excellent proficiency in

  English and Hindi

  (both written and verbal) for creating bilingual content.
• Strong understanding of current social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Proactive, highly organized, creative, and committed to meeting deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits

• Stipend:
