Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist, based in New Delhi. The Customer Service Specialist will handle day-to-day customer support tasks, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide an excellent customer experience. Primary responsibilities include answering phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive interaction with customers. The role requires excellent phone etiquette and a commitment to improving the customer experience. Qualifications Customer Support and Customer Service skills Expertise in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience Strong Phone Etiquette skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
