Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist, based in New Delhi. The Customer Service Specialist will handle day-to-day customer support tasks, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide an excellent customer experience. Primary responsibilities include answering phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive interaction with customers. The role requires excellent phone etiquette and a commitment to improving the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Expertise in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
• Strong Phone Etiquette skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
• Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
