Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce the company’s digital marketing services.
• Understand client needs and qualify leads.
• Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain records of calls and lead details using Google Sheets or a CRM tool.
• Meet weekly and monthly lead generation or conversion targets.

Compensation

commission-based

You will earn for every successful lead or client conversion.

• 10–15% commission on every closed client deal

Example: If a client signs up for a ₹30,000 package, you earn ₹3,000–₹6,000.

Requirements

• Good communication skills (Hindi or English)
• Confident in making outbound calls
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Basic understanding of digital marketing is an advantage
• Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome
