We are looking for motivated and confident Cold Callers who can generate quality leads and help us expand our client network. Position Details Role: Cold Caller (Commission-Based) Location: Remote / Work From Home Employment Type: Freelance / Commission-Based Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce the company’s digital marketing services. Understand client needs and qualify leads. Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team. Maintain records of calls and lead details using Google Sheets or a CRM tool. Meet weekly and monthly lead generation or conversion targets. Compensation This is a commission-based position (no fixed salary). You will earn for every successful lead or client conversion. 10–15% commission on every closed client deal Example: If a client signs up for a ₹30,000 package, you earn ₹3,000–₹6,000.
