Role Overview

This role involves managing the social presence of both the company brand and the Director’s personal page across key platforms. You’ll be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing content strategies that resonate with global audiences while aligning with the brand’s voice and business goals.


Key Responsibilities

·       Manage and grow the company’s business pages and the Director’s personal branding across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others.

·       Create and maintain platform-specific content calendars, including posts, reels, stories, GIFs, and videos.

·       Design and produce visually appealing and engaging content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

·       Plan, launch, and optimize organic and paid social media campaigns using platforms like Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

·       Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity to drive content innovation.

·       Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs); deliver monthly reports with actionable insights.

·       Actively engage with followers by responding to messages, moderating comments, and nurturing online communities.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including design, development, and strategy—to ensure creative alignment and consistent messaging.

·       Remain available during Australian working hours with flexibility for high-priority or time-sensitive content needs.


Ideal Candidate Profile

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred).

·       6 months to 2 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or personal brand.

·       Excellent command of the English language—both written and verbal.

·       Proficiency in social media management tools and creative platforms.

·       Strong storytelling skills and a creative mindset for developing engaging content.

·       Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

·       Comfortable working in sync with Australian time zones and occasionally adjusting for cross-border operational needs.


Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

·       Experience in the tech, IT services, or software industry.

·       Familiarity with Globe Edge’s service offerings and digital portfolio.

·       Experience handling social media for C-level executives or professional personal branding.

·       Awareness of audience engagement strategies across Indian and Australian cultural contexts.
