Position: Facebook Media Buyer Experience Required: 0–1 Year Location: NX One, near gaur chowk, noida extention 201318 Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a young, smart, and energetic Facebook Media Buyer who understands the basics of Meta advertising. The candidate should know how to create pages, set up profiles, buy/verify ad accounts, and run basic conversion or traffic campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 0–1 year of experience who wants to grow fast in performance marketing. Key Responsibilities Account & Page Setup Create Facebook Pages and Business Profiles Set up Business Manager, Ad Accounts, Pixels, and Domains Handle account purchasing, activation, ID verifications, and warm-up Maintain backup pages and backup accounts Campaign Management Run basic Facebook ad campaigns (Traffic, Engagement, Lead, Conversion) Assist in setting up target audience, placements, and budgets Upload creatives, edit primary text/headlines, and ensure ad compliance Monitor ad delivery and report basic performance metrics Optimization & Reporting Check daily performance: CPC, CPM, CTR, Link Clicks Pause underperforming ads and duplicate winners Share daily & weekly reports with the marketing team Ensure campaigns meet basic KPIs Coordination Work closely with the creative team for banners/videos Coordinate with operations team for pixel tracking & landing pages Update task sheets and follow internal workflow guidelines Required Skills Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager Understanding of audiences, placements & basic optimization Ability to create Facebook Pages, Profiles & Business Manager setups Experience in handling rental or purchased ad accounts (preferred) Good communication and basic Excel/Google Sheets skills Ability to work fast, handle pressure & follow instructions Eligibility 12th pass / Graduate 0–1 year experience in Facebook ads Freshers with basic knowledge are welcome Must be disciplined, honest, and quick learner What We Offer Fixed salary + performance bonuses Growth opportunities in advanced media buying Training on high-budget scaling, automation & analytics Professional work environment
