Job Title: Social Media Executive
Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid – Full-time or Part-time)
Starting Salary: ₹18,000 per month (negotiable based on prior work experience with brands/companies)

About Us

Better Greens is a high-end grocery platform working directly with farmers, growers, and artisanal producers to bring premium quality produce to India.
Loaf is our bakery brand, offering best-in-class breads, viennoiserie, cakes, and artisanal condiments. Together, we are launching our first experiential store in DLF Phase 5, Gurugram – a premium space for food lovers.

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to help build and grow our online presence, connect with our community, and create engaging content that brings our brands to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Create engaging, aesthetic, and brand-aligned content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns).
• Manage day-to-day posting, community management, and responding to messages/comments.
• Collaborate with the design/photography team for shoots, product launches, and campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report performance of posts and campaigns, and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on social media trends, food/lifestyle content, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate campaigns around festivals, product launches, and in-store events.

Requirements

• Prior experience handling social media for brands, preferably in F&B, lifestyle, or premium retail.
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics, storytelling, and brand voice.
• Ability to create quick, engaging content (reels, captions, stories).
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus.
• Good communication and writing skills in English (Hindi is a bonus).
• Self-driven, creative, and able to work independently.
